When: This Saturday, November 13
Where: 290 W Main St, #4, Northborough, MA
Bonus: You can paint your pottery in the studio or you can order your pottery & paint online, paint at home, then bring the painted pottery back to PYOP to be fired. (Holiday Gifts, maybe?)
Here’s How it Works:
1) Go to the PYOP website
2) Choose “In Studio Painting” or “Pottery to Go”
3) Choose your time between 10:00 AM-6:45 PM
4) Mention AMSA when you sign up and 20% will go to our AMSA PTO Community.
Make it a day to enjoy with your family or plan a day out with your friends! Either way, you can count on a day of fun, creativity, and probably some laughs!
When: Wednesday, November 17 (that’s next Wednesday, check hours below 😊)
Where: MooYah in Hudson & Street Kitchen in Marlborough
Have the kiddos grab their friends for a little after school snacking at MooYah or Street Kitchen! Just be sure to say “We Are AMSA,” & the partner restaurant will write us a check for a percentage of the sales! What does this mean to us? It means we don’t have to make a lunch on Tuesday night and possibly won’t have to make dinner on Wednesday. Oh yeah and it’s easy money for the AMSA Community.
*Every time the kids have a ½ Day on Wednesday, the AMSA PTO (that’s you and me) will hold a Restaurant Fundraiser at one of our area restaurants.
48 Highland Common, Hudson
Wednesday, 12-4 PM
137 Main St, Marlborough
Wednesday, 5-8 PM
It’s that time of year again! When the air in New England is so cold it hurts your face, but it’s so beautiful, you almost don’t care. You know. The most wonderful time of the year!... 😎 And it’s also when the AMSA PTO shows our appreciation for our teachers and staff and all that they do for our kids!
It has been a long-standing tradition for the AMSA PTO to create beautiful, themed gift baskets for the Faculty & Staff Holiday Party. We are collecting baskets and interesting items to go into themed baskets. This is a fun way to say “Thank you” over the holiday season. Please be as creative as you wish! Restaurant gift cards, special items from your workplace, tickets to sports events, concerts, fun experiences...(almost) anything goes! Baskets & basket items can be dropped off at the lower school front desk, now through December 6, on school days. Here’s how to get some ideas and sign up:
To donate a basket or basket item (and get ideas), click here.
If you’re busy, you can also make a monetary donation to Teacher & Staff Holiday Gifts by clicking here, and we will do the shopping for you.
As always, thank you for your contribution!
Spirit Wear will be available to order, just in time for holiday gifting! A special email with the link to our NEW online AMSA Spirit Wear Store will be emailed to you, so be on the lookout for it, and have no fear of missing out!
Reminder: We have been hard at work setting up a brand-new, online AMSA Spirit Wear Store, offering a large selection of items that tweens, teens, parents, friends, family, & alumni will love. **Thank you again for your patience, as we have had to navigate new challenges with supply chains and company mergers. It will be worth the wait. I promise. For now, know that the items will be ready to order for holiday gifts.
Get ready to show your school spirit with AMSA swag and AMSA gifts for everyone in your family! More to come on how you can gift your AMSA student a Spirit Box.
Just a super friendly reminder that the AMSA PTO is all of us...Every parent or legal guardian of an AMSA student is already a member of the AMSA PTO. Get involved! Volunteering can be a fun and rewarding experience, and your contributions benefit our entire community. (We really are fun. I promise.)
Please consider sharing your time, talent, or treasure this year. Email us at AMSACSPTO@gmail.com to find out how you can get more involved at your child’s school.

Thank you to everyone who donated clothing, winter coats, uniforms, pies, or otherwise participated in our very successful Fun Drive last Saturday! We were able to raise over $1,000 to benefit the AMSA Community. AMSA families also donated generously to provide many winter coats and pies to those in need!
Thank you, also, to our many volunteers, who showed up and helped organize and run the whole show on Saturday! Many hands make light –and fun– work!
Special thanks to Kate Driver from our counseling department...Earlier this year, several AMSA parents expressed interest in having college financing and planning seminars provided through AMSA. Kate listened. If you have a high schooler and you missed last Tuesday’s College Financing Workshop, ask a friend for the notes, and don’t miss any of the upcoming webinars. Check your AMSA email for details. You won’t want to miss. Thanks again, Kate Driver!
